●      Successfully obtained a height variance to allow Bobrick to maximize vertical development potential on a constrained infill parcel.

●      Coordinated with planning staff, zoning administrators, and city decision‑makers to ensure compliance with municipal codes while preserving development flexibility.


FAA Coordination & Airspace Compliance

●      Managed the FAA review and approval process due to the site’s proximity to Hollywood Burbank Airport, ensuring all proposed building heights and construction activities met federal airspace safety requirements.

●      Oversaw submittals, airspace analyses, and Obstruction Evaluation (OE/AAA) filings to secure FAA clearance without compromising Bobrick’s building program.

●      Integrated FAA constraints into the entitlement strategy to avoid delays, redesigns, or capital inefficiencies.


Architectural & Engineering Collaboration

●      Worked closely with Bobrick’s architects and civil engineers to optimize the site layout, building massing, and circulation patterns.

●      Ensured the design team maximized usable floor area, operational efficiency, and long‑term expansion potential within the limits of zoning, FAA height restrictions, and site geometry.

●      Provided development guidance to align architectural concepts with entitlement requirements, infrastructure capacity, and Bobrick’s capital objectives.
